Have You Heard? – MyVolunteerPage.com

Hi Red Cross Volunteers!

You should have received a letter in the mail (or should be receiving it in the next few days) with information about our NEW MyVolunteerPage.com software! If you've gotten the letter, I encourage you to logon to your profile and take a look! (If you are a volunteer and haven't received the letter, keep an eye out for it to arrive in the next few days.if you don't receive a letter, please let us know by eMailing us at VolunteerServices@Redcross-Ozarks.org)

With this new Software, you will be able to logon and ensure that your information is up-to-date and 100% correct! (including your eMail address, home address, phone number, class information, and even what YOU want to do as a volunteer!)

We will be holding several online training sessions for this new software.

The first two have been scheduled for the following dates:

Thursday, September 24th from 1pm-2pm.

Registration Link: https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/756248520

Saturday, September 26th from 3pm-4pm.

Registration Link: https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/929657752

What will these training sessions be?

Each of the one hour training sessions will be the exact same (you don't need to attend multiple sessions). We will be talking about how to Login, recover a lost password, Update your information, update your classes, see what new volunteer activities are available, log your volunteer hours, and a Question and Answer session at the end where we will answer any questions you might have.

While you are by no means required to attend one of these training sessions, I would encourage you to sign up for one if you have any questions about using this new software. If you would like to sign up for a session, please click on the Registration Link for the date you would like to attend. (As we see how many people are interested, we will be scheduling additional training sessions..keep an eye to your eMail for more information about that.

I apologize if you get this eMail twice.as we are finalizing our switch to the new MyVolunteerPage.com software, we are migrating our eMail list, and I want to be sure everyone gets this eMail.

(You will receive two eMails about that later today as well)

Thanks!

Luke Bolz
